Grand Turk is a quiet "Old World" Caribbean island with colonial Bermudian architecture. The local people of the island are friendly and welcoming, they are very proud of their island. It is a British governed island and the currency is the US dollar. Grand Turk is located about 575 miles SE of Miami, just below the Bahamas.
The get to Grand Turk you would fly into Providenciales, Turks and Caicos Islands and then take a 20 minute local flight to Grand Turk.
