The Penthouse: the highest condo at the Andaman Cove sleeps 7 persons over 4067 sq ft [internal 2582sq ft external 1614 sq ft] of luxury accommodation. Ideal for large families or a group of friends the condo is decorated in Evason style and comprises 3/4 bedrooms:
A master bedroom with king sized bed, en suite marble bathroom, work desk and Cable TV/Dvd player. Plus direct access to two huge sun terraces and their spectacular sun rises.
A large twin bedroom, next door to the master bedroom - perfect for any accompanying children.
A further double bedroom with a king sized bed and its own private balcony.
A single bed in the kids room in the roof with lockable access to the viewing balcony.
The Penthouse’s large living room comes with a fully stock-able bar, a western standard kitchen and a separate converted loft or kids den in the roof equipped with Television, Ps2/DvD and a host of games and movies. A single bed and sofas inside the loft can provide an extra sleeping area for children or their nannies.
The main lounge is fitted with a professional home cinema system. Equipped with, UBC True Satellite TV, Amplifier, 3 Front facing speakers, 2 in-ceiling speakers, IPod connection, projector and 92inch screen it provides the ultimate in home entertainment technology and an awe inspiring movie experience.
The most noteworthy features however are the spectacular views from the lounge balcony, the separate viewing balcony and the huge sun terraces complete with sun lounges, garden furniture and outdoor rain shower!
